We’re mobilizing DaveLawrenceOnline.com and calling on everyone in the DL ARMY to give a little bit in this time of need. There are so many brave, altruistic, compassionate organizations, entities and efforts working now to help, and our money goes a long, long way.
As many of you know, last year, and continuing this year, we have a DL Wear Haiti Relief logo, and series of items marked with it that benefit Doctors Without Borders, an outstanding organization linked below among many helping out.
This year, we’re reacting to the crisis in Japan with a brand new DL Army Hawaii Japan design, showing our island connection. For this effort, we’re supporting The Salvation Army, whose record of commitment in Japan goes back to 1895, and generous relief in many previous disasters. I’m donating all the proceeds of the sale of items bearing this logo to their relief efforts in Japan, and strongly encourage you to buy items for yourself and friends (they make great gifts). I’m presenting a two-sided design in a few shirt colors and designs.
